John Cassidy Chief Financial Officer
John Cassidy is the Chief Financial Officer of OmniCable. In this position, he is responsible for helping to provide strategic direction to the overall business, and to provide operational oversight to the company’s accounting, finance, and other support functions.
Cassidy joined OmniCable in 2021, with over 20 years of experience in finance and food distribution. Most recently, he served as CFO of Thomas Foods International from 2019 until 2021 where he was tasked with transforming the administrative side of the operation and working with the executive team to help the business reach its full potential. During 2016-2019, John was at AgroFresh in Senior Financial & Strategic Planning roles working closely with leadership to stand the business up as a public company. Prior to that, John spent 11 years with Campbell Soup Company where he held several financial and business planning roles of increasing responsibility.
Cassidy earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
